Brad Daniel has been involved in bankruptcy case administration for over 15 years, with over 20 years in custom application development. He joined BMC Group in 1998. Mr. Daniel's consulting experience includes extensive work in analysis of AP systems and other financial data in the context of bankruptcy administration. In addition to Schedule and Statement of Financial Affairs preparation, his bankruptcy expertise includes preference analysis, plan solicitation and distribution. Mr. Daniel has helped guide a number of prominent Chapter 11 clients through these processes and provided invaluable support to their counsel.
Having designed and managed the creation of custom applications for companies emerging from Chapter 11, Brad Daniel plays a critical role in maintaining BMC Group's position as a technology leader in the field of restructuring services. Prior to coming to the company, Mr. Daniel gained experience preparing Schedules and Statement of Financial Affairs for high profile individual and corporate Chapter 11 cases while working for several prominent Los Angeles based bankruptcy law firms.
Mr. Daniel has experience developing custom software applications for publishing companies, law firms, and collection and lien enforcement service providers. Software that he has created for legal services, in particular, includes programs for time and billing, case management, office expense management and bankruptcy Schedule preparation software. He also directed several large systems consolidation projects requiring the migration and integration of data inherited from corporate acquisitions. Prior to joining BMC Group, Mr. Daniel established and ran his own independent consulting firm for several years, providing custom application services and bankruptcy administration support.
