Mr. Booth joined BMC Group in 2002 with over 15 years experience in corporate Finance. Mr. Booth brings with him a wide range of experience in the finance areas of accounting and accounts payable. He has a complete understanding from a debtor perspective, as his former employer filed for Chapter 11 twice. There, he managed his team through all aspects of the proof of claim process, from preparing objections through stipulation settlements and distribution.
As a Reconciliation Manger, Mr. Booth has extensive experience dealing with debtors and creditors during the claim process. His experience and expertise include claim review; claim reconciliation and analysis; claim negotiation and objection management. He has managed an accounts payable department operationally for continuing business both under reorganization and liquidation. In addition, Mr. Booth has experience in the area of reclamation and preference.
